Beacon’s Parade of Green

 

Join the EGA Tribe on Saturday, March 14th to march in Beacon’s Parade of Green! Deck yourself out in your fave EGA gi, rash guard, or swag and sprinkle in some St. Paddy’s day accessories. We will meet at 11:30 (time subject to slightly change – a notification will go out!) at the intersection of 9D and Main Street. We hope you can join us! Everyone is invited!!

Best of the Hudson Valley

It’s time to share with all the Hudson Valley that Evolution Grappling Academy is THE BEST! Please take a minute and vote EGA “The Best”

*REMINDER* Uniform Requirement

Please note the No Gi Uniform Standards for our No Gi classes.

In the art of Brazilian Jiu Jitsu there are 2 styles of uniform: Gi (kimono) and No Gi (rash guard and shorts; spats/leggings can be worn under shorts). Not only will this provide a sense of team unity, but will also create a safer and cleaner environment in which to train. 

Please note the following details for the rash guard sets:

– You Must wear a rash guard. Long or short sleeves are okay, tee shirts are not acceptable. 

– Shorts (and optional spats/leggings underneath)
